Project Management with Procore
We utilize Procore software to assist in project organization, communication and documentation. All parties will have access to their project in Procore, which allows for a streamlined process and maintains an efficient communication link. These updates include photos, meeting minutes, submittals, contact directory and more.

City of Holland Civic Center
Faced with some budget constraints, GDK worked closely with the City and the design team to figure out ways to maintain the use, functionality, and appearance of the building and still reduce the overall cost of construction to meet the budget that had been set aside to fund the project.

City of Holland – Waverly Fire Station
GDK worked closely with the design team and the actual Fire Fighters that use the building to ensure all areas were reviewed for function and costs. The result was a state-of-the-art facility that did not compromise on aesthetics or function and still came in within the budget that was pre-determined.
Neland Avenue CRC
New lobby and kitchen addition, sanctuary renovation and new finishes throughout.
Winning At Home – Zeeland Office
In 2020, Winning At Home extended its outreach further by introducing a coaching division and expanding child therapy services, but needed more office space for this expansion.
Central Wesleyan Church
The original chapel become an under utilized space due to sloped floors and outdated finishes. We infilled the slope to create a new level floor and the space was transformed.
