The River Place

This project incorporated architectural and design elements that pay homage to the original Brouwer Furniture Building, which previously occupied the same location. By integrating architectural elements that honor the building’s history and addressing the unique site constraints of a downtown/urban location, the project created a distinctive and harmonious environment that blends the past with the present.

City of Holland – Waverly Fire Station

GDK worked closely with the design team and the actual Fire Fighters that use the building to ensure all areas were reviewed for function and costs. The result was a state-of-the-art facility that did not compromise on aesthetics or function and still came in within the budget that was pre-determined.

Winning At Home – Zeeland Office

In 2020, Winning At Home extended its outreach further by introducing a coaching division and expanding child therapy services, but needed more office space for this expansion.
