Winning At Home, founded in 1995 by Dan Seaborn, initially embarked on its mission as a traveling ministry, with Dan as the main speaker, crisscrossing the nation to engage audiences on the subjects of marriage and family relationships. While this core aspect of the ministry continues to thrive, it has since evolved into a multifaceted endeavor. Dan’s vision expanded to include the authorship of books, the development of various resources, radio programming, community events, and a diverse array of multimedia products, all aimed at reinforcing the organization’s core mission.

The organization’s journey began in Zeeland, Michigan, where the first office was established. Over time, the organization’s growth necessitated the addition of two more offices, one in Holland, Michigan, and another in Tampa Bay, Florida, each contributing to the realization of Winning At Home’s vision. Presently, Winning At Home boasts a team of over 25 counselors and coaches, serving a wide spectrum of clients across its locations.

Client Needs

In 2020, Winning At Home extended its outreach further by introducing a coaching division and expanding child therapy services, but needed more office space for this expansion.

Project Solution

The tenant in the adjacent office space at the Zeeland location was vacating, so it was a no-brainer for Winning At Home to expand into those offices. This meant creating an opening between the existing office and the new space to tie them together. The newly acquired offices were reworked to accommodate a new offices, large meeting rooms, and employee breakroom. The expanded amount of space really allows the entire Winning At Home team to collaborate regularly. Their ministry continues to be blessed to grow and expand.
