This commitment is reflected in all phases of the work we do, from meetings with architects and trade contractors, to project scheduling, to completion turnover.

Commitment to Safety
GDK Construction’s CARE Safety Program puts the safety of our employees, subcontractors, those living or working near a work site, and the general public above everything else. Our policies and procedures give project owners assurance that the project will be well cared for from beginning to end.
Care Safety Program
Create a custom safety plan for the jobsite. Since all jobs are unique, we consider the surroundings, the people working nearby, and the general public as we create a safety plan that best fits the situation.
Adhere to our internal safety policies, as well as all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities. We also make our trade contractors aware that we expect them to follow the same practice.
Review our safety policies for effectiveness. Our site and office teams observe which practices seem to work well and what areas need improvement. At the beginning of each project, we review our policies with the trade contractors prior to a shovel hitting the dirt.
Educate employees and trade contractors with continuing education classes several times throughout the year. Onsite, our site superintendents and trade contractors engage in Tool Box talks.
